Starting at $175 our Radon measurement testing for New Construction, with a square footage of under 2000sqft, will require 12 hours closed-building-conditions to be met prior to our arrival. Any testing location that exceeds 2000sqft an additional device will be placed for a added fee of $75. The continuous Radon monitor will be set in the lowest livable, or able to convert to a livable space, for a minimum duration of 48 hours. During the testing timeframe closed-building-conditions will need to met throughout. The property will need to be in a state of meeting closed-building-conditions before the start as well. You can find the full list of requirements on our procedures/forms page If the test needs to be reset due to closed-buildings-conditions not being met or broken throughout the initial 48 hours a fee of $75 will be applied. If for some reason  access is not confirmed or proved a fee of $25 dollars will be applied per occurrence.

With an additional price of $25 you can request a on-site consultation during the pick-up of your device, which will allow our technician to go over everything in the report to help your clients or yourself understand the levels of Radon, how to reduce the levels, or how the mitigation process will potentially go. We also have a "10 minutes or less" option. For an additional $10 dollars our technician will print the report if requested and have all information pertaining to your specific test put on a USB drive for you. Including the photos of the device, body cam footage of the placement and retrieval of the device, the full Radon report itself, all documents that were signed for the specific property, and any added information that is attributed to the specific property. 

Radon reports and additional information will come before end of day on the day of retrieval. These added services are provided to help with any time constraints' or deadlines and to provide added knowledge for you and your clients.
